6lb trail weight 3 person tent - quick set up, September 25, 2011 By Willwonder (West Hills, CA, United States) - See all my reviews This review is from: Big Agnes Burn Ridge 3 Person Outfitter Tent (Misc.) I'm surprised no one has reviewed this tent yet so I guess I'll be the first to give 2 thumbs up. I set it up in my backyard for a trial run and was very surprised at how quickly it set up. The tent will fit 3 medium sized adults with minimal room for gear inside. You can lay 3 - 20" regular pads next to each other, it's a cozy fit for 3 but can work. Gear for 3 will have to go under the roomy vestibule. This is a perfect tent for 2 people because you can have your gear inside with you and you can play cards with your buddy or mate. The walls are relatively vertical in the middle and at the door and tapers down near the end. The design provides for a very usable interior space. The solid nylon panels of the tent goes up about 20" which is great for privacy when you're laying down and still allows you to see the stars through the mesh roof.
